Fort Camden is internationally recognised to be one of the world’s finest remaining examples of a classical Coastal Artillery Fort dating from 1550 with further building done in 1600.

This fort is open to the public but visiting times are restricted - check the official site for opening times:  CamdenFortMeagher.ie
